3. Products & Pricing

All products displayed on the DreamToyz website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual color or detail of the products. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item received.

In the event of a pricing error, DreamToyz reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you of the cancellation and issue a full refund promptly.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by DreamToyz. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

DreamToyz ships to addresses within Canada and the United States. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information about shipping options, delivery times, and costs.

DreamToyz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for complete return instructions and policies.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a DreamToyz error or defective product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the DreamToyz website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs, video, audio, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, “Content”), is the exclusive property of DreamToyz or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from our website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The DreamToyz name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of DreamToyz. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DreamToyz and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the website or any products
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website
• Any content obtained from the website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall DreamToyz’s total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to DreamToyz for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the DreamToyz website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

DreamToyz reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
