Products & Safety

Are your products body-safe?

Absolutely. Every DreamToyz product is made from 100% body-safe, medical-grade silicone that is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and free from phthalates, latex, and BPA. We rigorously test all materials to ensure they meet the highest safety standards, so you can enjoy your experience with complete peace of mind.

What materials do you use?

Our products are crafted primarily from premium medical-grade silicone, known for its velvety-soft texture and durability. Select components use ABS plastic for structural integrity, and all charging mechanisms feature stainless steel contacts. We never use jelly rubber, PVC, or any materials that could compromise your health.

How should I clean my products?

We recommend washing your product with warm water and a mild, unscented soap before and after each use. You can also use a dedicated toy cleaner for added convenience. Allow the product to air dry completely before storing it in the included pouch or storage bag. Avoid using alcohol-based cleaners or abrasive materials, as they can degrade the silicone over time.

Are your products waterproof?

Most DreamToyz products carry an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning they can be fully submerged in water up to one meter for up to 30 minutes. This makes them perfect for use in the bath or shower. Please check the individual product page for specific waterproof ratings, and always ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before submerging.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your bank or credit card statement will show a discreet billing descriptor — never the DreamToyz name.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at info@dreamtoyz.ca or call info@dreamtoyz.ca. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to make changes, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! DreamToyz digital gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, and $150. Gift cards are delivered via email with a unique redemption code and never expire. They make a thoughtful and discreet gift for someone special. You can purchase them directly from our website.

Is gift wrapping available?

We offer elegant, discreet gift wrapping for an additional $5.99. Your item will be beautifully wrapped in our signature blush tissue paper and placed in a premium matte box with a satin ribbon. A personalized gift message can be included at no extra charge. Simply select the gift wrapping option during checkout.

Shipping & Returns

Is shipping discreet?

Your privacy is our top priority. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked brown or white box with no logos, product names, or any indication of the contents. The return address and billing descriptor are generic and discreet. Nobody will know what’s inside except you.

How long does shipping take?

We offer three shipping options: Standard shipping (5-7 business days, free on orders over $100), Express shipping (2-3 business days, $9.99), and Overnight shipping (next business day, $19.99). All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used — this is for your health and safety. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number, and we will provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping to select countries is coming soon. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your region.
