Shipping Options
We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs. All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday).

Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our absolute priority. Every DreamToyz order is shipped in a plain, unmarked box with no logos, brand names, or any indication of the contents inside. The shipping label uses a generic sender name, and the billing descriptor on your credit card or bank statement will not reference DreamToyz or any product names.
Inside the box, your product is carefully wrapped in protective tissue and placed in a sealed pouch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We treat every order as if it were our own.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. Tracking information is typically available within 12 hours of shipment. If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@dreamtoyz.ca.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our support team at info@dreamtoyz.ca or call info@dreamtoyz.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a return authorization — we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Ship your item — pack the product securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
- Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange unopened products for a different item of equal or greater value. To initiate an exchange, contact our support team and we will guide you through the process. If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
International Shipping
Currently, DreamToyz ships within Canada and the United States. We are actively working to expand our shipping network to serve customers worldwide. International shipping to select European and Australian destinations is expected to launch later this year.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees that are the responsibility of the recipient. DreamToyz has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.
