At DreamToyz, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. Each DreamToyz product comes with a comprehensive 10-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Motor or vibration mechanism failures under normal use
• Charging system malfunctions (charging cable and internal battery)
• Premature deterioration of silicone surface under normal care
• Button or control malfunctions
• Waterproofing failures when used within rated specifications

What’s Not Covered

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes over time
• Damage caused by use of incompatible chargers or accessories
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, or non-recommended cleaning agents
• Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
• Loss or theft of the product

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us at info@dreamtoyz.ca with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Provide documentation — we may ask for photos or a brief video demonstrating the defect.
3. Receive your resolution — once approved, we will send a replacement product at no charge. In some cases, we may issue a full refund instead.

Warranty claims are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Replacement products are covered by a new 10-year warranty from the date of replacement.

While not required, registering your product helps us process any future claims faster and ensures you receive important product updates and safety notices.
